About The Position

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of resident cases by ensuring accurate scheduling, appropriate staffing, visit verification, and support for payroll processes. You will also assist with managing communications from prospective residents, families, and referral sources regarding new or existing services. All interactions are documented thoroughly and accurately within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience
  • Prior scheduling experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting
