Requirements

Previous home care scheduling, healthcare staffing, or related experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Proficient with computers and scheduling software (Generations Homecare Software experience is a plus).
Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate home care visits for caregivers and clients.
Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
Manage last-minute schedule changes, call-outs, and emergency staffing needs.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
Work closely with the recruiting and clinical teams to maintain quality coverage and continuity of care.
Help ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
