CoSA VFX is seeking a solutions-oriented, team-focused candidate for its Scheduling Coordinator position. This person will bridge the gap between production and the artists, acting as the artists’ first point of contact for all information regarding production needs and expectations. They will be responsible for communicating those needs and expectations back to production and the larger facility. The role involves coordinating between 10-20 visual effects artists and is crucial for the successful coordination of artists and projects. A significant aspect of the role is to care for the well-being of the artists, ensuring they are adequately tasked without being overburdened, and promoting a healthy work-life balance by monitoring artist time and limiting overtime. This full-time permanent staff position is part of CoSA's Scheduling department.
