About The Position

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA). This role ensures that aide placements align with patient needs and requests. Additionally, the coordinator will handle incident and complaint reports and make weekly calls to new cases using a provided communication template.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Bilingual Spanish a MUST
• Home care experience
• Strong organization and computer skills
• Excellent communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Direct care staff scheduling (HHA and PCA)
• Ensures aide placement specific to patient’s needs and requests
• Taking incident and complain reports
• Making calls to new cases once a week using communication template
