The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for operationalizing the commercial agreements that allocate LNG Canada’s available plant capacity amongst Joint Venture Participant’s (JVPs) and the resulting Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) & Condensate produced. The Scheduling Coordinator is a member of a team of Scheduling Coordinators who report to the Scheduling Coordinator Lead. The Scheduling Coordinator role requires, among other things, skill in reading and interpreting complex agreements, understanding of the LNG value chain, keen cultural awareness and adaptability, and strong problem solving and communication skills for coordination across a broad group of stakeholders. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be part of a team responsible for fulfilling LNGC’s obligations and responsibilities as defined in various equity lifting agreements, pipeline transportation agreements, and other related agreements, processes and ways of working. This is a unique role that requires ongoing integration, collaboration and problem-solving working in an iterative and daily fashion with JVP commercial representatives (who manage feedgas supply and LNG vessel lifting), various teams at the LNGC facility, and the CGL pipeline. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator deals with Commercially Sensitive Information and as such is set up in an independent and ringfenced manner within LNGC.
