Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar coordination role, preferably in the tech or home services industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple schedules simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for effectively dealing with customers and team members
- Ability to problem-solve scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- High school diploma required

Responsibilities
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and optimize the scheduling of installation and service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between our technicians and customers, providing timely updates and adjustments to schedules as necessary.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of technicians and resources to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide reports on productivity and scheduling trends to support decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to address any scheduling conflicts or concerns promptly.
