About The Position

The Scheduling Coordinators provide overall scheduling support and direction for all Integration orders. The Scheduling Coordinators work closely with the Master Scheduler, lab managers, Warehouse management, project management, QA and engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition throughout the integration cycle while adhering to customer specific SLAs and scheduling requirements.

Requirements

Strong writing and editing skills (including grammar and punctuation)
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment while managing multiple projects and completion dates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service oriented work
Extremely detail-oriented, thorough, with meticulous organizational skills
Is self-motivated, shows initiative, and has the ability to think outside the box to solve problems and can negotiate and nurture relationships with individuals at all levels of authority
Customer centric, possess the soft skills required for successful interaction with customers and partners

Responsibilities

Performs job function in accordance with the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS)
Review Customer SOWs and order details.
Review order SLAs.
Attend project meetings with TSC Planners and/or project management group as needed.
Participate in weekly operations meetings with lab management.
Track project deployment metrics to determine schedule parameters and establish baseline deployment times and metrics.
Track all orders entering and leaving the lab.
Maintain Open Order/WIP reports.
Identify and schedule product placement in lab
Work with integration management to assign orders to specific lab technicians matching skills and experience with customer orders.
Works with Purchasing to determine product location (Carol Stream, Cerritos, Clifton Park or Kent).
Match orders with talent matrix maximizing lab efficiency and production.
