About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling concessions employees and nonprofit group staffing for Target Center events. Serves as a primary point of contact for employee scheduling, nonprofit group communications, and event-day check-in operations. Provides administrative and operational support to ensure appropriate staffing levels, efficient event execution, and exceptional guest service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience with employee and group check-in procedures.

  • Capacity to work effectively and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to assist with additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and distribute staffing schedules for concessions employees across Target Center events.
  • Communicate staffing needs, event information, and scheduling updates to concessions employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing assignments with nonprofit groups, ensuring all event staffing requirements are fulfilled.
  • Serve as the primary contact for nonprofit group leaders regarding event schedules, staffing levels, arrival times, and operational expectations.
  • Monitor staffing availability and assist in securing replacement employees when schedule vacancies or call-offs occur.
  • Assist with and/or oversee employee and nonprofit group check-in procedures on event days.
  • Verify employee and volunteer attendance records and maintain accurate staffing documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute event staffing reports, schedules, rosters, and other operational documents.
  • Collaborate with concessions management to forecast staffing needs based on event size, attendance projections, and operational requirements.
  • Work effectively and maintain positive working relationships with employees, nonprofit groups, venue management, clients, and guests.
  • Assist with additional scheduling, staffing, and operational duties as assigned.
