About The Position

The Scheduling Coordinator will be expected to strengthen relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, as well as build sales within our client base. This position will report to our Service Manager and will assist with scheduling corporate accounts and recurring preventative maintenance. Customer follow-up, account maintenance and other tasks are outlined in the job description. This friendly, energetic and positive person needs to be able to efficiently organize a multitude of tasks independently.

Requirements

  • Inside sales or similar experience preferred.
  • Eagerness to grow company through your efforts.
  • Ability to interact with many types of people, both externally and internally.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word and One Note.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
  • MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, update and organize recurring maintenance.
  • Work with manager on incoming and existing service work.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Maintain and update contact and account information.
  • Provide support to full-time sales team, as assigned.
  • Work with sales/service building current accounts and new leads.
  • Share marketing material to increase sales and strengthen relationships.
  • Strengthen contractor relationships.
  • Request referrals & testimonials.
  • Perform weekly "Satisfaction calls".
  • Central station management.
  • Appointment reminders and follow-up.
  • Learn Service Trade & Inspect Point software.
  • Assist customers with apps, portals, etc.
  • Process Compliance Engine reports.
  • Cover the service department when the Service Manager is out of the office.
