As our scheduling coordinator, you make that happen — matching Care Professionals to clients, solving problems fast, and being the steady center of our operation. No degree required. We hire for reliability, calm under pressure, and genuine care for people. Prior scheduling or coordination experience is a plus, but we'll teach the right person. What we can't teach is work ethic and follow-through — and that's what we're really after. We're looking for someone ready to put down roots.   • You can handle confidential information and use sound judgment under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, good decision-making, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Must be able to work evenings or weekends as required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

  • Prior scheduling or coordination experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage schedules for clients and Care Professionals, with a focus on quality matches and continuity of care
  • Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism — you're often the first voice people hear
  • Monitor and respond to scheduling changes quickly, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Coordinate with clients, families, and Care Professionals to resolve issues before they become problems
  • Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and care management systems
  • Identify opportunities to expand and improve care for existing clients
  • Support Care Professional engagement and help maintain a team culture people want to be part of
