This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, caregivers, and internal staff while managing ongoing scheduling needs in a fast-paced home care environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage urgent staffing changes, caregiver callouts, and client requests while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Maintaining continuity of care, caregiver reliability, and timely communication are critical components of this position. The scheduled time to work will be 8:30AM-5:00PM EST.
