The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of business office activities. This may include registration and check out, scheduling, ability to perform clinical duties in the scope of their practice, as well as staff training and supervision of the above functions. The Scheduling Coordinator should also be prepared to work on special assignments as requested by the Practice Manager and will keep the Practice Manager up to date on daily occurrences in the office.
