This role involves building and managing the care team schedule, coordinating coverage for call-offs and open shifts, and recording absences and time-off requests. The Scheduling Assistant will communicate schedule updates clearly and positively, support teammates and nursing leadership, and continue providing direct resident care and/or medication passes. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable leadership and coordination experience.
