About The Position

Leixir Dental Laboratories are full-service state-of-the-art dental labs which offer a complete range of leading-edge dental products. This role involves maintaining professional relationships with key personnel and managers to influence the development of broad company strategies. The coordinator will accurately input doctor's prescription details, patient information, and due dates into the system to ensure on-time delivery and expedite cases through the lab. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting the department by ensuring accuracy in LabTrac and checking the accuracy of Dentists Rx, helping to keep the department organized, and flagging any late cases. The coordinator must ensure compliance with all client requests, lab procedure authorizations, quality job standards, quality product standards, and company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves preparing work for shipment after the QC process, packing and wrapping outsourced cases ready for shipping, and making non-technical phone calls to dentist offices to retrieve missing information from prescriptions. Processing and inputting patient due dates accurately into the system is also a key function to ensure on-time delivery and expedite cases through the lab.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to be flexible – you can easily shift priorities and manage your time effectively.
  • Diplomatic – you take care to weigh outcomes, think about your response, manage realistic expectation.

Responsibilities
