Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant scheduling or administrative experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and positive manner; direct calls or schedule appointments as needed.
- Schedule all doctor appointments, outpatient visits, group sessions, and community support services within the client’s appropriate service area.
- Ensure clients are scheduled directly with approved third-party insurance payers.
- Verify client records for accuracy, including authorization, connections, treatment plans, intake assessments, and annual updates.
- Confirm that clients have a current financial application, completed registration, and an up-to-date ANSA or CANS assessment on file.
