About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate and manage scheduling tasks within our office. This role involves creating and maintaining daily work schedules for installation crews, pulling schedules and job details from client portals, and ensuring all schedule changes are communicated promptly to field teams. The Scheduler will also be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, providing status updates to clients, internal staff, and suppliers, and assisting with resolving warranty concerns and coordinating follow-up visits. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks such as pulling purchase orders, verifying job-related documentation, entering job details into company systems, creating job tickets, and maintaining organized digital and physical records. Operational support includes learning service areas and job site locations to improve scheduling efficiency, working with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, and assisting with additional office tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office administration preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.
  • Comfortable with computers, client portals, and data entry systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including handling warranty and customer concerns.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the insulation or construction industry is a plus.
