This position is per diem, must have availability on Wednesdays from 6:30 am- 3pm. Answers telephones and speaks with patients to identify and meet their health care needs in a superior manner, performs call triaging and routes calls internally. Schedules appointments as requested by callers/patients by using scheduling software, contacts patients to confirm or reschedule their appointment and uses clinic protocols to determine appropriate appointment assignment. Documents patient calls, issues and resolutions appropriately. Performs new patient registration and sends new patient packets.
