About The Position

The Scheduler is responsible for managing schedules provided by builders and ensuring that our schedules accurately reflect those of our customers. This role involves coordinating with customers and coworkers to ensure that installations are dispatched on the correct dates.

Nice To Haves

Previous work in cabinetry/carpentry industry is a plus
Preferably possesses experience in the construction industry and a production home building environment

Responsibilities

Tracks and monitors all installation schedules to ensure appropriate resource allocation
Oversees customer portals to ensure customer expectations and schedules are met
Coordinates and delivers service orders between sales teams and Service Technicians
Utilize computer programs and any other equipment/tools as required by position
Monitors and classifies shortages accurately, developing processes to prevent them
Fully understands and interprets cabinet installation guidelines
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, facilitating interaction with multiple departments and customers
Continuously reviews company processes to identify new efficiencies and develop proactive strategies
