About The Position

In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation and management of Integrated Project Master Schedules and prepare scheduling, earned value and project controls reports for External Maintenance Availabilities (EMA’s), Defect Rectification Periods (DRP’s) and Maintenance Window Opportunities (MWO’s). Your work will play a key part in supporting Babcock's Contracts for the total asset management of the Anzac Class frigates through to the end of their life. This is a permanent position located in Henderson WA.

Requirements

  • Problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills
  • Ability to work as an effective team member
  • Strong ethics and integrity
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar scheduler/ planner role
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
  • Working understanding of earned value analysis, critical path method and associated reporting
  • Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an appropriate level as per role requirements
  • Hold a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continually update the Integrated Project Master Schedule (IPMS) for the business
  • Regularly analyse IPMS and manage schedule variances
  • Identify the quantitative schedule risk
