Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related role within the oil & gas industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience
• Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external partners

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize timelines.
• Monitor progress.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
