The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure the community provides the highest level of quality care possible for the residents. In addition, this role is responsible for completing long-term care insurance updates monthly, monitoring and correcting missed punch reports, scheduling resident transportation appointments, and coordinating on-floor training. This position maintains confidentiality of all documentation, and requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and detail orientation. A high degree of patience and compassion for others is critical for success in this role.
