About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team in Pittsfield, MA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating schedules for caregivers and maintaining strong communication with clients, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Previous scheduling, staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
Nice To Haves
- Home care or healthcare experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments for home care clients
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
- Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage requests
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Assist with staffing needs and ensure continuity of care
- Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
