About The Position

The Scheduler will be responsible for the planning, developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, analyzing project progress, and working closely with field teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling large industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with MS Project or other tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of workflows, lead times, and field construction sequencing.
• Knowledge of CPM (Critical Path Method), resource loading, and progress measurement.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to function effectively as a member of a team as well.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create detailed baseline schedules incorporating deliverables and construction.
• Work with project stakeholders to identify schedule logic, constraints, and interfaces across disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules with actual performance data, identifying variances and potential risks.
• Provide schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and forecast project completion dates.
• Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to validate schedule accuracy.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and recovery plans.
• Facilitate routine 3-week lookahead sessions and reporting to support Construction.
• Support earned value analysis and schedule risk assessments.
• Participate in project meetings, presenting schedule status and mitigation.
• Facilitate formal schedule risk analysis with key stakeholders and develop routine risk.
• Ensure scheduling practices align with contractual obligations and company procedures.
