This position is responsible for creating risk-managed project baselines to effectively measure performance and enable corrective actions. The role also involves contract commercial management, assessing contract performance, and managing schedule changes. A core aspect of this position is applying project controls expertise, reviewing project management guidelines, and integrating subsidiary systems to enhance project performance. The Scheduler will direct schedule efforts, tailor scheduling tools, and provide continuous life cycle planning with progressive risk management for increased predictability. They will manage the project schedule performance baseline, forecast schedule performance, and identify opportunities to avoid negative variances. This role drives schedule assessment and analysis, integrating quality and risk response planning to incorporate preventive and predictive actions into the project schedule. The Scheduler will also perform standard and advanced project reporting, foster a project integration mindset, optimize product life cycle costing, and serve as a subject matter expert to project stakeholders. The position requires strong communication skills to drive effective project schedule decision-making.
