This role is essential in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and maintaining smooth daily operations to support high-quality resident care. The Scheduler is responsible for creating, maintaining, and adjusting staff schedules for clinical and care teams within an assisted living environment. This role ensures proper staffing levels are met in compliance with facility needs, resident acuity, and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in healthcare or senior living scheduling, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
