We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a scheduler. If you enjoy working with a team, helping patients, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you! What You'll Do: Help manage the scheduling of hospital procedures and support the daily operations of our scheduling team. Be the friendly voice patients hear when they call, making sure you communicate clearly and with a positive attitude. Stay organized and keep track of important details to make sure everything runs smoothly. Work closely with a team to provide excellent patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Assist with front office tasks, including greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information. Understand insurance processes and help patients navigate these details with ease. Work with the medical team to ensure all necessary information is in place for each procedure, including medical clearances and authorizations. Collaborate with hospital staff to make sure procedures are booked efficiently and the patient experience is as smooth as possible. What We’re Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in physician office scheduling (if you’ve worked in healthcare before, that’s a plus!). Clinical experience is preferred, but not required—if you’re willing to learn, we’ll support you along the way. Why You’ll Love This Role: Be a part of a close-knit team that values patient care. Gain experience in both administrative and clinical settings. Help make a positive impact in the lives of patients by ensuring they have the best experience possible. If you're someone who loves to help, stay organized, and work in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care.
