We are expanding our global team and looking for talented individuals. The Scheduler position is in the Operations Department and reports to the Supply Chain Supervisor. This salaried role involves scheduling customer orders and forecasted demand for production equipment efficiently and timely to meet customer requirements and maintain inventory levels. The role requires understanding specifications, interpreting production schedules, and dealing with inventory transactions including adjustments, receipts, consumptions, and transfers. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production and inventory control or planning strongly required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Receives orders for product and schedules production to meet customer order requirements. Requires being knowledgeable of production capabilities, inventory and target dates to produce product in the most efficient manner.
  • Maintain identification labels for products produced.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain system knowledge to properly support inventory evaluations, adjustments and general transactions.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support operations.
  • Related tasks as requested by supervisor.
