We are a long term care community consisting of Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care at Rose Senior Living 44003 Partridge Creek Blvd Clinton Township. This position is full time, and the administrative backbone of the clinical department!

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
Rotating On Call Schedule with Director of Health Services.
Ability to commute/relocate to Clinton Township, MI 48038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

Document resident status as per policy.
Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department.
