About The Position
If you love working with seniors and in a luxury community, come join our team! We are a long term care community consisting of Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care at Rose Senior Living 44003 Partridge Creek Blvd Clinton Township. This position is full time, and the administrative backbone of the clinical department!
Requirements
- Minimum on (1) year experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
- Rotating On Call Schedule with Director of Health Services
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Document resident status as per policy.
- Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
- Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department.
