The primary purpose of this position is to support the Operations department by planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing work activities, including CCTV video review and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include managing work schedules, coordinating work activities, performing quality control reviews of work orders and CCTV inspections, supporting field personnel, and communicating with other departments and customers. This position requires knowledge of Operations functions, CCTV inspection processes, and strong communication skills. This position is part of the administrative division of Operations and reports to the Operations Business Supervisor.
