About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support major capital improvement and construction projects for Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). This role is ideal for a scheduling professional with strong experience in project controls, schedule analysis, construction claims, and Primavera P6. Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Hybrid Schedule : One (1) work-from-home (WFH) day per week

Requirements

Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of scheduling experience supporting large construction or capital improvement programs.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience performing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and time impact analysis.
Experience reviewing construction claims, delays, and change orders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support projects at multiple locations.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting public-sector, educational, transportation, or large infrastructure programs.
Experience with cost-loaded schedules, earned value analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
Strong understanding of project controls, construction management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules for large construction and capital improvement projects.
Review contractor schedules for quality, accuracy, and contract compliance.
Analyze schedule impacts associated with change orders, delays, and potential claims.
Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value analyses.
Conduct time impact analyses and evaluate recovery schedules.
Monitor project progress and prepare schedule reports for management.
Participate in project meetings and site visits to assess construction progress.
Support cost-loaded schedules and cash flow forecasting.
Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, schedule challenges, and potential solutions.
