About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support major capital improvement and construction projects for Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). This role is ideal for a scheduling professional with strong experience in project controls, schedule analysis, construction claims, and Primavera P6.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience supporting large construction or capital improvement programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience performing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and time impact analysis.
  • Experience reviewing construction claims, delays, and change orders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support projects at multiple locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting public-sector, educational, transportation, or large infrastructure programs.
  • Experience with cost-loaded schedules, earned value analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, construction management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules for large construction and capital improvement projects.
  • Review contractor schedules for quality, accuracy, and contract compliance.
  • Analyze schedule impacts associated with change orders, delays, and potential claims.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value analyses.
  • Conduct time impact analyses and evaluate recovery schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare schedule reports for management.
  • Participate in project meetings and site visits to assess construction progress.
  • Support cost-loaded schedules and cash flow forecasting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, schedule challenges, and potential solutions.
