About The Position
The Scheduler I serves as a liaison between physicians, patients, the office, and hospital testing staff to schedule patient office visits and testing. This role supports the Heart Vascular and Cardiology specialty at 530 Meadows Dr, #280, Grove City, Ohio. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Scheduler communicates relevant clinical and scheduling information to physicians and office staff and coordinates physician and device office visits and testing appointments using EPIC.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of experience working with scheduling or hospital units/ancillary departments is preferred.
