About The Position

Valiant is looking for a Schedule I to join our team! This role involves providing training device scheduling support for the Fleet Training Center (FTC) during all contracted training time (CTT) within the FTC complex, across all P-8A Simulators and Training Devices. The scheduler will utilize the Event Scheduling Tool for data entry of scenarios based on squadron requests and assist in generating Classified LAN (CLAN) accounts for personnel access to training materials in Electronic Classrooms (ECs). The Training System Support Center (TSSC) will be staffed and available during all contracted training time and trainer maintenance support activities, potentially up to twenty-four hours per day, Monday through Friday, with weekend training scheduled as known. Scheduling activities will encompass OFT, WTT, and PTT simulators and training devices, as well as ECs. The role also includes performing any other duties assigned by the Site Manager or their designated representative.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
• Ability to secure a US Passport.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license from the State in which employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Training Device Schedulers to support the Fleet Training Center (FTC) during all CTT within the FTC complex, across all P-8A Simulators and Training Devices.
• Using the Event Scheduling Tool, facilitate trainer loading requirements by providing data entry of scenarios based on Squadron requests.
• Assist in the generation of Classified LAN (CLAN) accounts for personnel checking into the FTC based on data provided by the Squadron Security Manager.
• Perform scheduling functions during the CTT in support of TSSC operations.
• Scheduling activities will encompass OFT, WTT, and PTT simulators and training devices as well as EC’s.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Manager or their designated representative.
