About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Full Time Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules using WellSky and ensure smooth, consistent support for our clients. The scheduler plays a central role in keeping care visits organized, communicating with caregivers and clients, and helping maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Experience with home care scheduling or healthcare staffing preferred
Experience using WellSky preferred
Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to problem‑solve and stay calm during urgent staffing needs
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of caregiver skill sets and home‑care workflows
Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy best practices
Experience working in a fast‑paced scheduling or staffing environment

Responsibilities

Build and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules in WellSky
Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, location, and preferences
Respond quickly to call‑offs, shift changes, and urgent coverage needs
Monitor clock‑ins, visit completion, and alerts through WellSky
Cover shift in urgent situations
Ability to cover phones (on call) periodically
Record and update schedule changes and communication accurately in WellSky
Ensure client and caregiver information remains current
Maintain clear, professional communication with caregivers, clients, and family representatives
Notify clients promptly about any schedule adjustments
Work closely with care coordinators, supervisors, and office staff
Provide updates on staffing needs and caregiver availability
Support onboarding schedules for new staff when needed
Coordinate caregiver supplies needed
