About The Position

For more than 76 years, Spice World has been passionate about bringing everyone to a world full of flavor, year-round. As a Scheduler Coordinator, you will be responsible for updating the series of Supply Chain files necessary to determine Value Added Sales Forecast, Demand Planning, Supply Demand & Replenishment. Keep Supply Chain KPI’s up to date and publish them. Assist in the implementation of processes to improve the operation (Logistics, Production and QA).

Requirements

  • Availability of working from Mondays to Fridays and overtime if necessary
  • Must be able to communicate, write, and speak in English. Preferably fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are necessary to work in a customer-focused working environment.
  • Good organization and business administration skills, attention to detail, and willingness to improve, learn and adapt in accordance with the modern practice methods are some of the other required skills.
  • Manage time effectively, as they may need to handle multiple functions and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Function independently with minimal supervision and should be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience of 1 or more years of Transportation, Warehouse or Distribution Center experience recommended.
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for following company GMP and Safety guidelines and SOP’s
  • Populate Value Added Planning tool
  • Open Work orders in NetSuite based on production plan
  • Open transfers in NetSuite based on replenishment recommendations
  • Ensure FIFO of Value added is being followed
  • Updating Aging reporting Tools
  • Updating Sales Forecasting Tools
  • Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by the Master Scheduler
  • Responsible for following company GMP and Safety guidelines and SOP’s
  • Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
