About The Position

This is an 8-Hour, 3rd Shift position (10 PM – 6 AM) located in Davenport, IA. The role involves scheduling support for laser cutting and forming operations. Candidates must be willing to support alternate shifts based on business needs and will require metatarsal safety boots on their first day. The position is onsite and requires the individual to work on the production floor approximately 50% of the time, with the remainder spent in an office environment alongside Supervisors, Engineers, and other Schedulers supporting Fabrication operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and a willingness to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Proficient with MS Office.
• Intermediate user of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work in a team environment.
• Willing to work out on the floor approximately 50% of the time or more.
• Willing to support alternate shifts based on business needs.
• Metatarsal safety boots are required on their first day.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience.
• SAP experience.
