ADDX CorporationAlbuquerque, NM

About The Position

The Contractor shall provide support to manage, integrate, update, and report upon at least two (2) integrated master schedules for the NATO Strike Support Division programs. The main outputs of the schedule work are top level schedules (TLS) that provide integrated schedule data in an easy to cross-reference visual format. While the number of TLS outputs can vary based on program needs and schedule change complexity, the average throughput of TLS generation is approximately 15-20 per month. Analysis of schedule health and impact assessments is primarily performed using Microsoft Project. The Contractor shall support ad hoc requests to generate TLSs, reports and summary presentations of results that may be used for strategic senior leadership communication of project status and schedule management. The Contractor shall be required to provide eight to ten (8-10) high-quality, accurate reports per year appropriate for presentation to the Program Executive Officer (PEO) and AFNWC senior leadership. These reports may include ad hoc program schedule impact assessments for specific scenarios and/or events. The Contractor shall develop, integrate, and deliver monthly updates to unclassified (approximately 3.5k lines) and classified (approximately 1k lines) integrated master schedules and perform detailed schedule analysis for the NATO Strike Support Division programs. The Contractor shall monitor, track and report receipt of updated schedule information from internal and external sources. The Contractor shall monitor, resolve conflicts, conduct schedule analysis, and perform schedule health checks as needed to ensure accuracy and reduce errors. The Contractor shall resolve and reconcile program schedule irregularities with internal and external agencies. The Contractor shall integrate MATE technologies to identify, collect, assess, and prioritize weapon and platform integration schedules across the entire AFNWC/NDW portfolio, quantifying schedule risks, critical path impacts and exploring mitigation strategies through trade space investigation. The contractor shall leverage MATE technologies to model different schedule scenarios, enabling the project team to proactively address potential challenges and to formulate robust schedule management plans.
