About The Position
The Great Escape Room is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scenic Workshop Assistant to support their production team. This part-time role involves ordering parts, materials, and supplies, working on scenic repair projects with detailed instructions, researching and sourcing materials, running occasional local errands, providing light clerical support, and assisting with general workshop organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, has strong organizational skills, is comfortable with basic administrative tasks, possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and can work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities
- Order parts, materials, and supplies for ongoing projects
- Work on scenic repair projects using detailed instructions
- Research and source the best materials for builds and repairs
- Run occasional local errands (supply pickups, post office trips, etc.)
- Provide light clerical support (updating tickets, tracking orders, basic record keeping)
- Assist with general workshop organization
