Scenario Operations Analyst The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. What You'll Work On: Lead in-processing for newly assigned contract personnel. Maintain and update authoritative contact rosters for staff, contractors, and key exercise partners. Ensure data accuracy, redundancy, and secure distribution in accordance with classification and privacy rules. Track individual and organizational readiness items, including professional training currency, certifications, immunizations, passport or visa expirations, and other deployability requirements, and notify supervisors and individuals of upcoming expirations and coordinate remedial actions. Develop, maintain, and disseminate exercise manning and equipment documents for contract personnel, including both full-time and part-time. Produce and coordinate simulation control plans (SCP) for all rooms and cells under the organization’s responsibility. Establish and maintain SOPs, job aids, and checklists for in-processing, roster maintenance, readiness tracking, manning or equipment documentation, and simulation control operations. Ensure all administrative and operational actions comply with security, privacy, classification, and contracting rules. Coordinate with security and contracting offices as required. Join us. Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military
