In this role, you’ll handle document intake from the moment new boxes arrive—labeling, logging, inventorying, preparing, scanning, and validating each batch with precision. You’ll identify and correct errors, maintain and care for Government‑Furnished scanning equipment, and ensure every document is processed according to established standards. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Be hyper-focused on accuracy
  • Document and report equipment issues or failures to the contractor team lead or the client supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Put labels on new boxes and record the box number in a logbook.
  • Perform an inventory check upon receipt of documents to ensure all documents and pages are accounted for and readied for scanning. Preparation includes bar coding, inventory control, staple removal, clean up, and placement of appropriate separator sheets.
  • Scan appropriate documents and separator sheets. Perform an inventory at the beginning and completion of each "batch" of documents and note and repair any discrepancies. Error correction may include rescanning of documents.
  • Provide for the care and cleaning of all Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) scanning equipment as recommended by the manufacturer. This includes loading feeders, clearing document jams, and removing completed documents.
  • Review scanned documents to verify that the information extracted is accurate and complete. Rescan unacceptable documents.
  • Document the current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the preparation, scanning, indexing, and equity review of documents for client approval.
  • Recommend improvements to the SOP and present to the client for approval.
  • Securely transport classified data and GFE scanning equipment.
