Scaled Program Lead

AdobeSan Jose, CA
$124,300 - $234,600

About The Position

Adobe’s Unified Platform operates at a large scale — supporting hundreds of active programs, thousands of connected work items, and global teams across product, program management, user experience, and engineering. When Adobe acquires a new company, there is a need for centralized program leadership to oversee and manage the entire integration process, from pre-close planning through post-close integration, ensuring the acquired business is successfully integrated into the platform. This high-leverage role was developed to meet that need. It builds on the core expectations of a Lead Program Manager — strong execution, cross-functional leadership, and delivery accountability — while extending them across the platform.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong background in information technology, with familiarity in identity and access management systems, payment management, and offer onboarding
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, enabling clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with delivery tooling such as JIRA and GitHub, and comfort working with data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-assisted analysis

  • Drive technology rationalization and integration decisions across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, identity management, and data environments — partnering with product and architect leaders

  • Develop executive communications, steering committee updates, and integration governance reporting
  • Act as a trusted partner to platform and executive leadership by framing delivery trade-offs, systemic risks, and opportunities using data-backed insights
