About The Position
CAT Scale Company is hiring an innovative and goal-oriented Scale Technician to join our team. Travel both in the United States and Canada, installing and opening new truck scales in our 2,300+ CAT Scale network! Our Scale Technicians are on the road for an average of 1 week a month, installing a brand-new, state-of-the-art CAT Scale. For the other 3 weeks, you'll work in Walcott, Iowa, at CAT Scale Headquarters. We offer an excellent salary and benefits package that pays you year-round, regardless of where you’re working! As a Scale Technician, you will work with and learn from various people, including crew members, foremen, maintenance crews, subcontractors, and customers. Requirements
- Excellent customer service, technical, and computer skills
- Previous electronic troubleshooting experience
- Able to perform with limited supervision
- Ability to provide own set of tools
Nice To Haves
- Construction/electrical experience is a plus.
- Computer networking skills are a plus!
Responsibilities
