Requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
- Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements.
- Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Nice To Haves
- Poultry experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh product and place correct label on box.
- Lift and place 40 - 70 pound boxes of product onto track.
- Ensure proper ice coverage on all product around employee’s scale.
- May be required to dump product from lugs into a combo.
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers.
- Do all tasks assigned by members of management.
- Follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
