About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This temporary position involves accurately processing inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system, preparing and maintaining shipping, receiving, and billing documentation, and providing professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams. The role also includes coordinating with plant operations for efficient material movement, maintaining accurate records, and performing administrative duties such as data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting.

Requirements

Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn scale, dispatch, and administrative software.

Reliable transportation is required.
