About The Position
Seeking an Inbound Materials Clerk to join an organic waste processing warehouse. This role involves verifying shipments, including counts, materials, and weights, and requires basic computer and data entry skills. The ideal candidate will have reliable attendance and transportation and be able to work effectively in a busy manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Experience in receiving, warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing.
- Comfortable verifying shipments (counts, materials, or weights).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork.
- Basic computer/data entry skills.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Able to work in a busy manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience as a Inbound Materials clerk, Scale clerk, Receiving/Shipping clerk or similar logistics role.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS/ERP.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting.
- Ability to work in a smelly environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Participate in E-Verify.
