About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Riviera Beach, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $26/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Previous scaffold building experience preferred
- Ability to safely erect and dismantle scaffold systems
- Experience reading blueprints and project drawings is a plus
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move scaffold materials throughout the workday
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must wear all required PPE and comply with OSHA regulations
Responsibilities
- Erect and assemble temporary scaffolding, guardrails, and work platforms according to project requirements
- Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and site plans
- Inspect scaffolding materials and components for defects prior to installation
- Ensure proper base setup, leveling, bracing, and wall anchoring for safe operation
- Load, unload, transport, and hoist scaffolding poles, planks, brackets, and related materials
- Dismantle scaffolding systems safely upon project completion or maintenance shutdowns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
