About The Position

Loenbro is seeking experienced Industrial Scaffold Builders to assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems. The role requires skill, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Scaffold Builders work in manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments and may encounter extreme temperatures, confined spaces, limited working surfaces, noise above 85 decibels, intense odors, and areas with limited visibility. Employees must comply with applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Industrial Scaffold Builder.
Strong understanding of scaffolding safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures.
Ensure scaffold components are installed securely and meet safety standards.
Inspect sites to assess scaffold stability and safety.
Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project requirements.
Maintain and manage scaffold inventory and equipment.
Follow safety regulations and company policies.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on scaffold structures as needed.
