About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and safety‑focused Scaffolding Builder to join our team. This position involves assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures in industrial and commercial environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team, and follows strict safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform work at elevated heights for extended periods of time using employer-provided fall protection systems.
- TWIC card required
- Real ID identification/ passport
- 3+ years scaffolding experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English in order to perform essential job duties, including following safety instructions and communicating with team
- Strong understanding of job site safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, and stand throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Knowledge of industrial facility work environments
- Forklift or aerial lift certification
Responsibilities
- Build, erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with safety standards and project specifications
- Inspect scaffolding for structural integrity and safe use
- Load, unload, and stage scaffolding materials
- Read and interpret basic construction drawings, load charts, and instructions
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe job site environment
