Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. We are currently seeking an SCA Electronics Maintenance Technician 3 to join our growing team in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Requirements

  • Must have an Associate's degree or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in electronics repair (or related field) with a minimum of 6 years of electronics / electrical repair experience
  • Will also consider 8 years of direct electronics / electrical repair experience with HS Diploma/GED.
  • Must have an interim or active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or an inactive clearance (last active within the past 2 years)
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in manufacturing automated test equipment
  • An in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of circuits

Responsibilities

  • Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents, such as: Determining the location and density of circuitry, Evaluating electromagnetic radiation, Isolating malfunctions to component level, Incorporating engineering.
  • Exercises independent judgment in performing such tasks as: Making circuit analyses, Calculating wave forms, Tracing relationships in signal flow.
  • Uses complex test instruments such as: High frequency pulse generators, Frequency synthesizers, Distortion analyzers, Complex computer control equipment.
  • Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices.
  • May provide technical guidance to lower level technicians.
